1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, booking a studio, or purchasing a service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on our site. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The SET Collective offers creative studio rentals, memberships, events, workshops, audio/visual production services, and related offerings. All services are subject to availability, operational guidelines, and any policies provided at the time of booking.

3. Studio Bookings

3.1 Reservations & Payments
   •    All bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking platform.
   •    Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
   •    Rates vary by studio, duration, time, and add-ons selected.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
   •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for credit or partial refund unless otherwise stated.
   •    Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
   •    Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3.3 Overage & Late Fees
   •    Your booking includes load-in and load-out.
   •    Staying past your booked time results in prorated overtime charges at the posted hourly overage rate.
   •    A 5-minute grace period is permitted; anything beyond that triggers overage billing.

3.4 Guest Count Policy
   •    Standard bookings include up to 4 total individuals in the studio space unless otherwise specified.
   •    Additional guests beyond this number incur an “extra persons” fee per hour.
   •    This applies to unique individuals entering the space at any time throughout the booking.

4. Studio Rules

To protect all creators and preserve the quality of the space, you agree to follow the posted studio guidelines on this page.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to anyone who violates our rules.

5. Damages & Liability

5.1 Responsibility for Damages

You are financially responsible for any damage, breakage, stains, or loss caused by you or your guests. Damage fees will be assessed and charged to your payment method on file.

5.2 Personal Property

The SET Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned personal property.

5.3 Limited Liability

By using our studios or attending our events, you agree that The SET Collective is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unsafe behavior.

6. Content Usage & Media Release

When booking services such as photography, events, or activations, you acknowledge the following:
   •    If part of a collaborative or promotional project, you grant The SET permission to use selected photos or video for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

   •    By entering The SET Collective premises during any event, workshop, open house, activation, or gathering, you acknowledge and agree that photo, video, and audio recording may be taking place. You grant The SET Collective, its partners, and its authorized media team the irrevocable right to capture, use, edit, and distribute your likeness, voice, and image for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes across all platforms. This includes but is not limited to social media, website content, advertising materials, and internal documentation.

   •    You understand that these materials may be used without compensation, approval, or time limitation, and that The SET Collective is under no obligation to provide notice or credit. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify a SET Collective team member upon arrival; while we will do our best to accommodate, full avoidance of media capture cannot be guaranteed.

   •    For private bookings, we will only share content with written consent.

7. Contributors

The Contributor Program is an application- or invitation-only offering designed for emerging and established creatives who wish to collaborate more closely with The SET Collective. By enrolling as a Contributor, you agree to the terms outlined below as well as all general studio policies.

7.1 Billing & Renewal
   •    Contributor dues are billed monthly at the posted rate.
   •    Contributors must maintain an active payment method on file to remain in good standing.
   •    Late, declined, or incomplete payments may result in temporary suspension of Contributor benefits and website listing access.
   •    The SET Collective reserves the right to adjust monthly dues or program structure with notice.

7.2 Contributor Expectations

Contributors are expected to uphold the creative and community standards of The SET Collective, including professionalism, respectful conduct, and responsible use of studio resources.
The SET may revoke Contributor status at any time for harmful behavior, breach of policy, or misuse of privileges.

7.3 Gig Referrals & Representation

Contributors may be recommended for paid creative opportunities or freelance gigs sourced through The SET Collective.
   •    The SET receives 20% of the booked project budget for any job accepted through our referral network.
   •    All referral opportunities are optional and subject to availability, approval, and alignment with the contributor’s skills.

7.4 Program Benefits

Contributor benefits include, but are not limited to:
   •    Website listing and visibility to potential clients
   •    Access to recommended gigs as available
   •    50% discount on studio and non-ticketed event bookings
   •    Eligibility for a recorded interview and social media feature
   •    Ability to host one ticketed workshop or class per quarter with a 50/50 revenue split

Benefits may evolve as the program develops, and The SET reserves the right to update or modify offerings at any time.

7.5 No Refunds

Contributor dues are non-refundable. Unused benefits—such as discounts, workshop opportunities, or promotional features—do not roll over or accumulate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Digital Products & Online Purchases

All digital products, event tickets, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. Access codes or files may not be shared or resold.

All content on this site—including branding, images, layouts, copy, and media—is the intellectual property of The SET Collective. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
